We put off solar for a long time due to our average experiences elsewhere. Brady helped us move forward with his depth of knowledge and competency and helped us understand the ins and outs of solar and what worked best for us easily. Brady gave all the time needed without hesitation to help us make the best decision for our home and was always available to respond to our queries and concerns. He walked us through the entire journey from beginning to end. We had some considerable difficulties with Ergon through this process and Brady went beyond our expectations to help us through this. The installation team were great guys and not only good at their job but they showed great respect for our home and family while they were onsite. More than happy to recommend the team. In a world where service and professionalism is becoming a distant concept I’m more than happy to say that these guys had it in bundles.

I can’t fault Snap Solar to this point. The Installation of the system was pain free and professional. System is working as per design and specs, early days yet but so far all good.

Brady and the boys did a great job looking after us. It was a stinking hot day to install panels on the roof and they nailed it! Everything has been working perfectly since install, with them even checking in on us to make sure all is okay. Would recommend to anyone looking at doing Solar in Mackay!
